August 17-18, 2012--Now in its fourth year, the 2013 "Wild West Grill Fest" will give people one last chance to take over downtown Mandan at summer's end.

The "Grill Fest" is set for Friday and Saturday, August 16 and 17, at Dykshoorn Park.  Grillers will be open from 11am until closing each day.  The grilling competition will be held on Saturday Aug 18th with judging beginning at 5pm. The first place and runner up will be presented following the judges decisions.

The event features live music, mini tractor pull, covered wagon & pony rides and art and craft vendors and a Pride of Dakota tent.  Entertainers take the stage and the beer garden opens at 7:30 pm on Friday.

The popular party band "ZU-ZU" will rock the park with their great music and showmanship on Firday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 PM and "Dirty Word", will continuing the party into Saturday from 8 PM to 12 PM.

Admission is $5.00 daily. Friday from 11am-2pm there will be no admission charge. Children 12 and under are welcome free of charge and all military, firefighters and police officers will be admitted free upon showing identification.  No pets or coolers allowed, you may bring your own lawn chairs.
